The Pack Training Team formed out of the need for a group of like-minded runners and walkers dedicated to supporting each others fitness- and race-related goals through weekly runs lead by experienced runners (Pack Leaders).
The Pack Training Team was instrumental in helping me change my lifestyle from self-destructive to healthy. It's an inclusive group of people who value the camaraderie and
accountability of a team.
I never in my wildest dreams, thought I would enjoy running. I was scared and timid when I joined the Team, but everyone made me feel so welcomed! They would celebrate everyone’s wins, including mine! Slowly, I started believing in myself, thanks to the Team. Now I enjoy running, have made lifetime friends, and feel that my life is richer with the Training Team in it. I am so thankful!
